An estimated 22 400 Canadian women will be diagnosed with breast cancer this year. You can bring us one step closer to changing this statistic when you participate in a Canadian Cancer Society Taking Steps Against Breast Cancer fundraising event. Every step you take makes a difference. The event is a leisurely, 5-10 km, non-competitive pledge-based walk that is designed for people of all ages and fitness levels. You can take part as an individual or together with family and friends.

First Light

The annual First Light festival showcases Midland's heritage site with a dazzling display of candlelight. Over 2,000 candles will illuminate Sainte-Marie among the Hurons and a variety of arts and crafts will be set up for young and old alike.
